Welcome to Betwos. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Betwos ("Company", "we", "us", "our") — the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://betwos.cam (the "Platform").

By creating a Betwos account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Betwos is an English-language online gaming platform serving Malaysian players. All services are provided in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise stated. These Terms are written in English, which shall be the governing language in all interpretations and disputes.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain a Betwos account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Betwos is strictly an adults-only platform and does not permit access or account registration to any person below the age of 21.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not hold a self-exclusion status, whether imposed by Betwos or any third-party gambling exclusion programme.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Betwos employee in a role that presents a conflict of interest.
• The funds you deposit are from legitimate sources and are not connected to any criminal activity or money laundering.

Betwos may decline to offer Services to any individual at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for doing so.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Betwos Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. Betwos will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Upon completing the KYC verification process — which may require submission of a government-issued identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport) — your account will be activated for full deposit and withdrawal functionality.

Your use of the Betwos Platform is subject to the following general terms:

• The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial exploitation of any kind is prohibited.
• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. Betwos will not reverse or cancel confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error or technical fault as determined in our sole discretion.
• Betwos makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate for use in all locations. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• Betwos reserves the right to carry out maintenance, updates, or temporary suspension of the Platform without prior notice. We will endeavour to minimise disruption and communicate scheduled downtime in advance where reasonably practicable.
• Betwos does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market, or feature. Products may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

Players agree not to use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users. Any such activity constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Betwos accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) via the following payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency networks (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 (or equivalent in supported cryptocurrency).
• Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Deposits made via FPX or online banking may take 5 to 15 minutes to reflect in your account.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of network confirmations, which may vary by blockchain network.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Verified accounts may withdraw funds in under 30 seconds for eligible payment methods. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Betwos reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day may apply and are subject to change.

Betwos may offer promotional bonuses, welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.

General bonus principles include the following:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and may not be combined with other active promotions.
• Betwos reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus structures — including through multi-accounting, bonus exploitation, or other means — will have bonuses voided and accounts closed.
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus is subject to a minimum deposit equivalent of RM30 and a maximum bonus cap of MYR 688 per qualifying transaction. Standard wagering requirements apply.

In all cases, the specific bonus terms accompanying each promotion take precedence over the general principles set out in this section.

All bets placed on the Betwos sportsbook — including but not limited to markets covering the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, AFC competitions, and UFC — are governed by the following general rules and any sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

• Bet acceptance: Betwos reserves the right to refuse, reduce, or limit any bet at its discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error, Betwos reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings arising from manifest errors will not be paid.
• Abandonment: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules. Typically, bets on events that do not reach a minimum specified duration will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and network conditions. Betwos is not responsible for delayed bet acceptance caused by network latency on the Player's end.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum single-bet and accumulator winnings caps apply across all markets. Current limits are published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform.

For casino games and live dealer products, the rules of each individual game apply. These are accessible within the game interface and take precedence for game-specific disputes.

Betwos is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are accessible via the Player's account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying total time spent and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off Period: A short-term pause on your account if you need a break without committing to full self-exclusion.

All requests to reduce limits or activate self-exclusion are processed promptly. Requests to increase limits or lift exclusions are subject to a mandatory reflection period as determined by our responsible gambling policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Betwos Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or AI tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
• Colluding with other players, sportsbook traders, or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing a third party to access and use your account.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional offers across multiple accounts or in coordination with other players.

All content on the Betwos Platform — including but not limited to the Betwos name, logo, brand identity, platform design, software, game content, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive property of Betwos or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Betwos intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Betwos and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

This includes, without limitation:

• Losses arising from gambling activity, whether winnings are expected or not.
• Losses caused by Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical errors.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account.
• Losses resulting from reliance on any content published on the Platform.

Betwos's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. You may close your account by contacting Betwos support. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC or withdrawal verification processes.

Betwos reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• You are found to be below the minimum age of 21.
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandate closure.
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

In cases of closure due to breach of Terms, Betwos reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Any withheld amounts found to be legitimately earned will be returned upon conclusion of the investigation.

These Terms, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Betwos operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and Betwos, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. We will endeavour to resolve complaints promptly and fairly. The majority of disputes are resolved within 5 to 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process published on the Platform. Our decisions on settled bets and game outcomes, absent manifest error, are final.

Betwos reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

The date at the top of this document ("Last Updated") reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
